It could produce the shelf panel width within some range by rolling forming principle. In the market, it is easy to make the shelf panel in the fixed sizes, but when make the shelf panels in adjustable width, it is not easy, the punching part and the rolling forming machine all need to be adjustable. That means that by this machine, we can produce the profile from 285 to 685mm width. The punching part and rolling parts are all adjustable.

About the punching
How to control the width control:
1. The punching part is designed with the handrail, so you can adjust the hole punching station according to the coil width.
2. As to the main rolling forming part, it is controlled by the PLC, simple input the width you want to produce and then the machine frame will be moved fully automatically.
3. As to the bending and shearing part, we will design to match the Max size and then the smallest one also could be made.
4. As to the PLC brand, if you need we can use the world famous Siemens brand.
