How to adjust the sizes by PLC and how to make so many sizes in one machine?
1.For the machine sizes changing controlled by PLC which is driven by servo motor. In the PLC you can either edit the sizes or choose the sizes with punching, we have programmed well.

And for solving the after sell problems easily, we have added the remote control system for the machine then by APP on the cellphone and computer and machine PLC, all you can control the machine.

2.The rollers of rolling designed by separated rollers and then it can move inside and outside for bigger sizes and small sizes.

3.For the bottom ribs, move along side rollers.
4.The dotting rollers are designed based the sizes collection.
5.From the stud to track the edge disappear and then controlled by input coil width.
6.For the punching, we do 4 hole together for one piece, and then it can reach speed of 70 meter per minute.
